1893 Grover Cleveland Inaugural badge. DeWitt-GC 1892-1. Bronzed white metal. 41.3 mm, without hanger. Extremely Fine.，Deep steel brown patina is seen on the obverse, while the reverse is a bit lighter and mottled, perhaps from an old cleaning. The original suspension bar reading INAUGURATION is still attached via the original red, white and blue silk ribbon, though it is frayed in places. An additional backing ribbon is also included, in gold silk, and imprinted with PROMENADE CONCERT at the bottom. This ribbon is very frayed at the bottom and near the top where it is nearly severed, but it isn’t.
