Lot of (4) Notes.，A rare offering of four tough scrip notes from this Luzerne County municipal issuer. Three of the four notes are unlisted in Hoober. Only the $1.50 note is recorded in the reference (Hoober 357-1) with a R-5 rarity rating. Each displays the Pennsylvania seal to the upper right of center. There are large gray denomination counters on each. The different denominations display differing imagery on their left ends. The $1 shows a blacksmith, the $1 1/2 a seated Indian princess with capped staff, the $2 an arm with hammer and the $2 ½ a blacksmith leaning on an anvil. All of the examples are issued and appear Choice Very Fine or so. The $2 is missing part of the top left corner.，，
