PCGS Extremely Fine 40 PPQ.，The 1869 Legal Tender series is always one of the most popular with collectors as they represent the first notes of long lasting design types and also combine that with the most appealing printing devices. The micro under-printed wording in green at top spells out "United States Legal Tender Note," and "TWO DOLLARS," repeatedly. A large spiked red treasury seal is welcomed and blue tinted paper combines all the aforementioned to give this series the "Rainbow," nickname it so deserved. This lightly circulated example shows nice color and retains fully original paper.，，
