PCGS Fine 15.，A sorely needed addition for this rare first title on the charter with it being unique prior to this discovery. Just a $10 brown back has been available to collectors with the South Chicago title over the years and that note has not been seen in a public setting since a 2003 sale where it brought $6,325. This Near Very Fine $20 offering will certainly appeal to collectors as it shows terrific appeal for the assigned grade and one would be hard pressed to argue had it been graded at the 20 level. Strong signatures and nice margins further the appeal and just a small repaired edge tear at bottom center is seen and mentioned by PCGS Currency in the comments section of the holder.，，
