PMG Very Fine 20.，A very significant large-size New York offering on this Queens charter which prior to this discovery was unknown. The quality is pleasing with still bold penned signatures and overprints while some staining at the back is the sole distraction for the grade and mentioned by PMG in the comments section of the holder. Kelly shows just over $1000 out in 1935 and with this the single discovery in the past 80 years we would assume another likely will not come out.
