LINFORD P.P. above red, white and blue tricolor ribbon enblazened with Union Jack and Royal Navy flags in full color, silver and gold roses below, bottom hanger hand-engraved BY LODGE ROYAL ROSE No. 147 , 1932-1933, with 1896 British gold sovereign of Queen Victoria mounted within radiant star, SONS OF ENGLAND B(enevolent) S(ociety) within blue cloisonnéd circle, all set inside custom leather and velvet case, EF. In the medal, the central coin is a gold sovereign, and the medallic area around in probably all of silver, with the inner section beautifully enameled.
