Strong blue tinted paper combines with the green under-printing and large red spiked treasury seal to create the notes namesake. Nice centering of both the face and back also further attest to the Gem grade assigned. PMG has graded only nine pieces finer than this example and with the popularity of the note, that number is simply not enough to satisfy demand.，，
