The blue paper, green under-print and large red spiked treasury seal are extremely bold and the originality furthers that appeal. Nicely centered and as such we are curious as to why a higher grade was not assigned by PMG even with the mention of "As Made Paper Inclusions," in the comments section of the holder.，，
